Employment Requirements:

Current Openings
Finance Director
Full Time Position (38 hours weekly)
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting
- Manage general ledger, financial statements, and month-end close
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
- Coordinate annual audits and prepare all required financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GASB and state regulatory standards
- Provide financial leadership to the Executive Director and Board of Directors
- Mentor finance staff and oversee workflow and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of non-profit or government finance leadership
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/GASB standards and audit processes
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Collaborative communication and problem-solving ability
Residential Coordinator
Full Time Position (40 hours weekly + on-call)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct overall services delivery system for all consumers residing in CTH II’s
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service Field
- 21 years of age,
- At least one (1) year experience in working with the target population
- Must have excellent organizational skills, documentation and written and verbal communication skills
CTH House Manager
Full Time Position (40 hours weekly + on-call)
Position Summary
The CTH House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Community Training Home (CTH). This position coordinates the orientation, supervision, and performance evaluation of all staff within the assigned facility, ensuring quality care and services for individuals served.
Minimum Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with individuals served, families, and staff
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated initiative and motivation
- Ability to work under supervision and effectively supervise others
- Ability to coordinate internal and external resources to meet CTH facility needs
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of a Community Training Home, working directly with individuals served, families, and professional consultants
- Supervise residential staff, including scheduling, performance management, and completion of annual evaluations
- Monitor daily consumer services, programs, and activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Participate in and coordinate Interdisciplinary Team meetings, including annual, 30-day, and special reviews
- Coordinate services and supports based on individual needs
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, ensuring responsible fiscal management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date consumer records
- Manage staff files, schedules, required in-service trainings, annual physicals, and PPD documentation
- Maintain staff time records and initiate personnel actions as needed
- Review required documentation, including 20 tabs and programming books, daily
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reports as directed
- Attend all mandatory in-service trainings
- Perform other related duties as assigned
LPN
Full Time Position (40 hours weekly + on-call)
Duties
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical school in nursing
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Minimum one year experience is preferred - Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Experience working with diverse populations including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, or geriatrics is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Direct Support Professional
Hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support in meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Help clients engage in social and recreational activities to promote independence and community involvement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate personnel.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed for clients with mobility challenges.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Computer skills are necessary
- A caring attitude and the ability to build rapport with clients.
